In some cases, an amount equivalent to actual expenses such as communication and postage fees (up to a maximum of 2,000 yen) may be charged as a handling fee for disclosure procedures.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)
- If an individual requests the suspension of use or deletion of personal information (hereinafter referred to as “Suspension of Use, etc.”) on the grounds that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or was obtained by improper means, we shall promptly conduct the necessary investigation.

- If we make corrections, additions, or deletions pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or if we decide not to make such corrections, additions, or deletions, we shall notify the user without delay.
- Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the suspension of use or deletion involves substantial costs or is otherwise difficult to carry out, and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user can be taken, we shall implement such alternative measures.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)
- The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying users, except for matters otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or by this Policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by our company, the revised Privacy Policy shall become effective from the time it is posted on this website.
