Labo-style development (quasi-delegated development)

Labo-style development is a service model in which we organize a dedicated development team for the customer and provide ongoing development resources over a certain period. Our engineers participate in projects as if they were members of the customer's internal team and flexibly handle requirements organization, design, development, testing, and operational support.
In this model, the contract covers the execution of work rather than fixed deliverables, so it is highly adaptable to specification changes and flexible development, making it well suited to Agile development and projects that require continuous improvement.
